有谁可以做105*96的环氧管材

有客户需要，电力绝缘用的，具体性能要求如下：

For a 145 kV new development,thin wall epoxy tubes, fiber glass reinforced. pultrusion process is OK.
- OD 105 mm, ID 96 mm
- Length around 600 mm

Characteristics desired (Data sheet would be appreciated)

- dielectric strength 10-12 kV/mm (I assume AC) : OK.
- max internal service pressure0.6 MPa. Withstand pressure 1.2 MPa desired
- fluid is oil for HV paper-insulated cables, (can be either mineral or synthetic, low viscosity)
- no bubbles, and outer surface of tube should be smooth.
- both ends of tube will be fitted with Al flanges (assembled with a special glu).
我不翻译了，有兴趣的可以给我介绍一下，有产品资料及样品更好，可能需要样品做测试。拉挤，缠绕工艺都以，但要能满足客户要求。

环氧缠绕做这个产品没有什么问题，，这种类型的管子好像都是变压器上用的比较多，
