Gurit to acquire Chinese structural foam manufacturer

Gurit (Wattwil, Switzerland) announced on July 24 that it is acquiring a majority share of certain assets in a company that specializes in structural foam products in Tsingdao, China. The intended low single-digit Swiss franc million transaction is subject to Chinese registration and currently expected to close in September. Gurit will report further details upon closing.

就是能善新材料，在青岛开发区，原来是日本JFC、大和制造所、弘木技研三家会社共同投资1200万美元设立，产品是硬质交联PVC泡沫NAVICEL，最近，应该是后两家将股份转给Gruit，现在对外宣称的是瑞士Gurit Holding AG和日本JFC公司在华投资的项目，呵呵，有意思啊
