主要描述:
设该职位的主要目的：建立生产线，并以生产、质量、健康和安全等问题作为基础，不断改进生产工艺，以及负责产量或产品设计的变更。
The main role of this position is to setup the production line and to continuously improve it based on production, quality and health and safety issues, as well as following product output or design changes.
主要工作职责:
根据需要的规格和产量为每个工作岗位设计或选择合适的工装、工具
建立并完善每个工段，以提高工作效率和质量
编写工艺指导书等标准文件
解答生产和质量问题
A. Design or select appropriate tooling for each workstation according to the specifications and required throughput
B. Setup each workstation to facilitate efficient and quality work
C. Write appropriate work instructions for each production step
D. Troubleshoot production and quality issues
任职要求:
工业、机械或相关专业
3-5年以上管理或独立组装生产线与生产工艺的经验
有工业产品，尤其产品外观方面的经验，例如塑料部件装配
有夹具和工具设计的经验
具有阅读及绘制工程图纸和草图的能力（二维平面图和三维）
会撰写工作指令
有ISO9000体系内审方面的经验
1.0 Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical or related field
2.0 3-5 year + experience in managing or setting up production assembly lines and manufacturing processes.
3.0 Experience in industry where product appearance is critical, for example plastic part assembly.
4.0 Experience in jig and tool design
5.0 Ability to read and draw engineering drawings and sketches (CAD and 3D)
6.0 Experience in writing work instructions
7.0 Experience in ISO9000 system

Plant in Qingpu, Shanghai 青浦 上海
