     新能源的开发与利用学术研讨会（2012 National Conference on Development and Utilization of  New Energy（DUNE 2012）将于2012年3月26至28 号在上海召开。会议旨在为参会的专家学者提供一个高水平的学术交流平台，共同探讨新能源等低碳经济在全球的发展以及新能源产业面临新的机遇，推动国际新能源产业发展。会议论文集将由IEEE出版，所有被收录的会议论文将被Ei和ISTP双检索。会议的部分优秀论文（扩展版）将推荐到相关SCI或Ei期刊上发表。本次会议内容涉及领域广，论文包括新能源的开发与利用，传统能源技术更新，低碳经济与能源科技，能源安全，节能，减排与能源效率等。

    This conference is sponsored by IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) , Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Wuhan University, Tongji University, Engineering Information Institute, etc. All papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei and ISTP. This conference will be held in Shanghai, China. APPEEC has been successful ly held three times. All papers accepted in APPEEC2011 have been indexed by Ei Compendex in less than two months.
