We would like to hire a technical consultant to assess t=e efficiency of the manufacturing processes of few co-located Fibre-Reinfo=ced Plastics (FRP) plants in China, its end-product quality, its ability t= diversify to products to other industries, its capabilities to add any va=ue-added services.  Management has been informed and they will provid= the necessary info and site visit.  Key goal is  to  see i= they are good managed plants and to identify any areas of improvement / r=sks in the manufacturing processes.  A preliminary report needs to be=available in 2 weeks' time starting from some time later this week, the re=ort should be clear and concise to give a fair assessment of the manufactu=ing plant, readable by non-technical outsiders.

The manufacturing plant mainly produces FRP products (som= vehicle fittings are made in PP too). End products include: a) vehicle fi=tings like bumpers, engine cover, cabin roofings, etc. b) doors and window= for buildings c) Industrial usage like water tanks/ pipes, ventilation sh=fts, cooling towers, etc.

Ideal candidate could be (ex-) Operation Manager/ QA mana=er in FRP manufacturing plant who has the time and resources for this proj=ct. Someone with such experience working in the field, in consulting, or r=tired and available for the project will also be great.
