Sales Manager- South China销售经理
Location: Guangzhou 广州
Main Responsibilities:
•Realize sales, volume and profit targets
•Explore new business opportunities in Composite market to use PUR composite with BD support
•Develop and maintain regular contact and proactive relationship with existing and potential customers in order to identify and realize sales opportunities and to maximize sales and profits
•rovide basic technical service and trouble shooting at the customer
•Manage communication to Business Development (BD) department
•Implement marketing & customer strategies
•Take relevant sales decisions
•Manage customer portfolio (may include responsibility for key accounts)
•Analyze market (Composite/PUR), alternative materials and market activities and react quickly
•Ensure collection of account receivable
Qualifications & Experience:
•Min 4 years sales/technical experience in glass fibre composite market
•University graduate in preferably Engineering, Polymer/ Chemistry, with good business acumen and some commercial experience
•Interested in new start up business with flexibility
•High willingness to travel
•Very good communication, interpersonal & marketing skills
•Good skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin/ MS office skills
•Self-motivated, initiative and highly team-oriented that can work independently
